A dazzling creation from Central Sumatra Coffee (CSC) and the estate of an extraordinary producer, Asbi. This coffee represents the culmination of years of innovation and community building in Northern Sumatra, where CSC has supported over 400 farming families with sustainable practices, from organic composting to advanced techniques for pruning, rejuvenation, and replanting.
This coffee’s journey begins with hand-picked, ripe red cherries and a meticulous post-harvest process under the guidance of CSC’s Chief Science Officer, Ricky Sugiarto T., and Processing Manager, Saiful Hairi. After careful fermentation using Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast, fresh lychee fruits and leaves are juiced and infused into the process, creating a vibrant and truly unique flavor profile.
The result is a cup unlike anything you’ve tasted: hyper-realistic lychee flavor, rose, dark chocolate, melon, and hibiscus come together in a flamboyantly vibrant, juicy coffee that pushes the boundaries of what coffee can be.
