Shipping policy
- Our current operating schedule for order fulfillment is Monday & Thursday.
- Orders are roasted twice a week, excluding weekends and generally, fulfilled the same week the order was placed.
Shipping
- Please allow up to 72 hours for us to ship your order.
- Coffee is always shipped fresh for orders - we don't ship old coffee.
- You will receive an order confirmation and tracking info when you order ships via e-mail.
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and generally arrive within 1-4 business days after being shipped, depending on your location and your choice of shipping at checkout.
Pick Up
- Please allow up to 72 hours for us to prepare your order.
- You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is ready for pick up.
- All items on our website are available to pick-up.
- Our default pick up location is the cafe in downtown Sebastopol. If you'd prefer to pick up from the roastery in Petaluma, please type that into the order notes upon check out. We will reach out to coordinate your pick up date/time.
