Local Sonoma County wildflower honey from Kiss the Flower Honey Co, the same sweet nectar you enjoy in our coffee shop. Dewitt cares for hives he has all over the county. His honey is always fresh and recently harvested.
The bee pollen comes from hives kept atop Fitch Mountain in Healdsburg, away from any agriculture to reduce the chance of contamination from pesticides. As close to organic as it can get with pollen the bees have harvested from our native local California landscape. Great in smoothies, with granola & yogurt, on toast or really anything! It has a mild flavor and delicate sweetness.
