The Agaro region of Western Ethiopia is known for its: meticulous cherry processing, an earlier growing season of this region (means it’s often first up for harvest/shipping), and their superb flavors that shine longer than any other region of Ethiopia. During processing, most of the fruit is removed the coffee seeds, then they are soaked again and cleaned
perfectly to ensure they dry in adequate timing to produce the highest qualities. The Yukro Multipurpose Cooperative has steadily received investment in this region from the Kata Muduga union leaders and a
long standing relationship with the importer Red Fox Coffee Merchants. We are always excited for the first Ethiopia coffee of the season, and Yukro is a trustworthy staple to behold.
