This coffee from Finca La Antoineta is grown at an ideal location high up on the northern slope of the San Miguel volcano. Rene Pascal, an agronomist, returned from Brazil with seeds of the Maragogype varietal, and worked to highlight its unique and excellent cup profile. In addition to their high quality, the Maragogype is also noticeably larger in bean size! This 100% single-variety lot is a rare import we are excited to share.
