The process transforms compounds into acids and alcohols, creating a vivid experience in the cup. A 5th generation farm in Copán, Finca Terrerito sources this coffee from farms in the area as well as their own farms. While they are certified organic (as well as as RFA, FT & Bird Friendly), we appreciate most of all that FInca T is a transparent and sustainable company. |
