Brazil is known for its large scale coffee production, but not all farms are alike! Jose acquired the land that is now his farm—Retiro—located in the Cerrado region. It was initially a dairy farm that he converted into 23 hectares of coffee back in 2004. His high-quality farm produces varieties known for their excellence  such as Mundo Novo and Catuai.
